The Flushing Landscape

It's starting to hit home. We've seen all interior photos. The stripped seats, the scoreboard coming down, the field level boxes obliterated. All that doesn't quite get to you until you see the exterior changing. Stadium Page has some photos of Shea over the weekend. The upper deck in left field is gone. It's noticeable driving on the Grand Central or Van Wyck (although if behind the wheel, please try to not spend too much time staring). The sooner we can get going attending games in Citifield, the less painful it will be to see our big blue toilet bowl come crashing down.
