As for the "throwbacks"- proceeds going to charity my foot. The Mets are getting a cut somewhere and are doing anything they can to get some additional revenue. If you want to wear throwback jerseys, bring back the home look from the 60s. Cream color, Blue and Orange with pinstripes, no black. I love Mr. Met, but he does not belong on the team jersey, even if it's a small patch. Come to think, is there any team out there that features their mascot on the jersey?
